MGM Ironman
The stages are set, massive amounts of steel targets are in place, and competitors from across the country have converged on tiny Parma, Idaho, home of the MGM Ironman, the fourth of five qualifying events on the FNH USA 3-Gun Nation Tour, Presented by Surefire. With a 900+ round count, slides, zip lines and more, the Ironman promises to be the most demanding event of the 3-gun season.
Several top competitors were onsite today, walking the courses of fire, taking notes, and going through the mental repetitions they will need to do well here. Shooters are arriving with rifle dope out to 950 yards, as many as 1,500 rounds of ammunition, and arguably more magazines and other gear than you will see at any other competitive shooting event.
