3-Gun Nation Semi-Pro Divisional Championship
3-Gun Nation Semi-Pro Division – Presented by Stag Arms

1. Eligibility
1.1: The 3GN Semi-Pro Series is open to any competitor, excluding 3GN Pro Series competitors. However, a competitor may be registered in ONLY one of the following 3GN points series: 3GN Divisional Series, 3GN Semi-Pro Series, or 3GN Amateur Series.
1.2: Competitors must register and pay associated fees at memberships.3gunnation.com in order to participate in the 3GN Semi-Pro Series, presented by Stag Arms.
2. Matches
2.1: 3GN Semi-Pro Series points will be awarded for participating in the following 3GN-Affiliated matches: 1.) Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun, 2.) CMMG Midwest 3-Gun, 3.) MGM Ironman, 4.) Rocky Mountain 3-Gun, 5.) Adams Arms Ozark 3-Gun, 6.) Blue Ridge Mountain 3-Gun, 7.) Leupold Northwest 3-Gun, 8.) Larue-Texas Multi-Gun, 9.) AR15.com-Rockcastle Pro-Am, 10.) FNH USA 3-Gun, and 11.) Fallen Brethren 3-Gun.
2.1.2: Note: At AR15.com-Rockcastle Pro-Am, a Semi-Pro competitor must compete in the host match’s “Pro” division in order to receive 3GN Semi-Pro Series points.
2.2: Signing up for the 3GN Semi-Pro Series in no way gains a competitor entry into any 3GN-Affiliated match. Competitors are still required to sign up for each match via each match’s respective registration method.
3. Divisions
3.1: The 3GN Semi-Pro Points Series is not based on any one division from affiliated matches. Competitors are free to shoot in any division, and those points will be calculated for Series score.
4. Points
4.1: Series points will be awarded based on percentage earned during a given match. For example, if a competitor shoots 75% of the division winning score at match “X,” then the competitor will receive 75 series points for that match.
5. Awards
5.1: A product-prize structure, with prizes paid out to a minimum of the top five competitors, will be awarded at the end of the 2012 3GN Semi-Pro season. Grand Prize: Stag Arms 3-Gun Nation 3G Rifle package with Dueck Defense RTS Sights, Scope and hard case (Estimated value: $2,500). (Complete prize list and values to be announced.)
5.2: After calculating a competitor’s top three scores from any division, the final 3GN Semi-Pro Standings will determine the order of finish for 2012 season.
5.3: The top four (4) 3GN Semi-Pro competitors, based on series score, will be invited to SHOT Show 2013 to compete in the 3GN Semi-Pro Shoot-Off. The winner will be crowned the 2012-2013 3GN Semi-Pro Champion and receive a cash prize for $5,000. 3GN reserves the right to change the number of invitees based on actual participation and number of qualified competitors.
6. Participation
6.1: A minimum of 25 participants is required to run the 3GN Semi-Pro Series. If that number of registered competitors is not reached, 3GN will refund all registered Semi-Pro competitors and the program will be cancelled for 2012.
7. Ties
7.1: In the case where competitors’ top three scores result in a tie, the competitor with most overall division wins will be declared the winner. For example, competitor (1) has three match wins, while competitor (2) has four match wins; therefore, competitor (2) is named the winner.
7.2: If overall wins cannot break the tie, then the following tie break system will be used:
- First Tie-Break: Head to head match wins: In matches where the tied competitors each competed, the tie-break goes to the competitor who won the most of those matches.
- Second Tie-Break: Head to head stage wins: In matches where the tied competitors competed, the tie-break goes to the competitor who had the greater number of stage wins.
- Third Tie-Break: Stage wins for season: The competitor who had the greatest percentage of stage wins for the entire season.
8. 3GN Pro Series Qualification
8.1: Following the 2012 3GN season, the top 25 3GN Semi-Pro Series competitors will earn an invitation into the 2013-2014 3GN Pro Series Qualification match (Venue TBD). These slots will go to the top 25 only. Any unused slot will be forfeited and go unused.
8.2: The top 25 Semi-Pro Series competitors will be based on the final 3GN Semi-Pro standings at the end of the 2012 3GN season.
