Buffer Technologies Hydraulic Buffer
The new hydraulic buffer from Buffer Technologies is billed to increase the life of .30-caliber semi-automatics by considerably reducing friction, wear and vibration. In the sport of 3-gun, a buffer upgrade not only translates to a longer life for the rifle, but it helps get the shooter back on target more quickly, a critical component to action shooting.

Within the Heavy Metal divisions of 3-gun, AR-10-style semi-automatics in .308 are extremely popular, with many matches requiring demanding, high round counts within the match. The new hydraulic buffer helps reduce shock, protect optics and improve accuracy. Other benefits include faster target acquisition, recoil reduction, suppression of bolt bounce, lower firing rates and drop-in replacement.

The .308 hydraulic buffer is created from black oxide finished steel and black anodized aluminum. It weighs .38 pounds, has a 5.8 inch compression length and is designed for the .308 chambered rifle with a full length buttstock.
