Syrac Ordnance Adjustable Low Pro Gas Block
The new Syrac Ordnance Adjustable Low Pro Gas Block, designed by Jason Adams, utilizes a unique adjustment system that incorporates a set screw and detent. Adjustable from the front side of the block, the detent locking mechanism delivers infinite adjustment. This design, according to Syrac, enables the set screw to be adjusted repeatedly in the field—without ever needing to use Loctite.
The Syrac Low Pro Gas Block enables users to fine tune the amount of gas regulated through the block to find the lowest amount required to cycle the rifle per a specific load. Once that’s dialed in, shooters can then operate on the lowest reliable setting, delivering the slowest bolt speed, which translates into less perceived recoil by the shooter. And less recoil means faster follow-up shooting, a critical component to run-and-gun 3-gun.
The Syrac Low Pro comes with one hex key, two set screws, two gas tube roll pins and two L-shaped hex keys, along with installation instructions. Syrac backs up the block with a 100-percent Guarantee. For more information, go to www.syracordnance.com.
