Shooting Professionally Since None Listed

After retiring from ski racing at age 20 I spent the next ten years looking for the activity that would fulfill my competitive drive.

Bio

After spending time rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking and scuba divingCasanova finally stumbled into shooting.  He began shooting competitively in 2005 in USPSA pistol; in 2006 he and his brother shot their first 3-gun, and a couple of weeks later found themselves working their first Rocky Mountain 3-Gun at the Whittington Center."From that point on we were both hooked on 3-Gun but I continued to make pistol my main focus. In 2011, I decided to switch things up and make 3-Gun my focus; to that end I have been hitting as many of the major matches this year as possible to learn from the best and improve my own shooting."

"I love the fluid nature of 3-Gun and the intense focus the stages demand while manipulating multiple firearms and engaging widely varying targets. The camaraderie and friendships in the 3-Gun community is second to none and another large part of the attraction to the sport."

In January of 2011, Casanova, along with Mark Passamaneck, started Carbon Arms to develop and produce new equipment for the 3-Gun game. "Our main products at this point are carbon fiber fore ends for AR-15s and the Twin S shotgun loading system."
