Bio
Kay has been participating in competition shooting events since high school where she was the only female on the high school rifle team. Kay won her first national title in 1975 by becoming the Women's High Power Rifle Silhouette Champion. Kay started shooting practical pistol in 1980 and has since posted one of the most impressive winning records of any female competitor in the country.
